The man who shot the cover shown above, Gandee Vasan, is a multi-award winning photographer and artist who spent ten years creating conceptual images for advertising firms in London and Amsterdam and worked at Getty Images creating some of their most evocative images. Prior to those jobs, he was an award-winning portrait painter. Gandee is also responsible for some of the most cutting-edge work in the early days of digital image manipulation, including restoration of the ceiling of the Queen’s House in Greenwich, England entirely by digital means.
