Ilona grew up in Chishinew (Moldavia) in an artist mileu and learned arts and music from early childhood. First she studied art in Kishinew. After graduation she engaged in liberal arts and started to work in the ad industry. Together with her husband she founded an own ad agency. In this time she also developed interior designs and illustrated her first book. Ilona is currently based in Germany, where she studied costume design at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hanover. After graduation Ilona decided to fulfill her dream and to start illustrating. She wrote and illustrated two children books: "Peggy and Milzy“ and "Liz and Ann Meet Santa Claus“. Currently working as freelance illustrator. All her works are in 3D.
